Darleen Clausen is a qualified yoga teacher registered with Yoga Australia (Member 2241). Based in the eastern suburbs of Perth - Darleen has experience teaching yoga to Seniors, including the visually impaired and hearing impaired, kids & teens and adults of all ages.

Yoga is often used for issues relating to stress management - physical, mental and emotional health. Yoga is also good for preventing injuries; assisting with healing old injuries; and increasing mental alertness.

Through the practice of asanas or postures we can strengthen the body and become aware of the stress in our lives and learn how to manage stress effectively.
